Comparing kansas to seattle....expect to work for a non tech company and a major drop in TC but cost of living should be great.
You got Garmin and a handful of big aerospace companies. There should be some opportunities.

I know a couple people in KC making $120k or more per year. No stocks or RSUs but those salaries are insane to me, since I grew up not too far from there If you’re fine with the midwestern life, I don’t see why you wouldn’t move there making that kind of money
