What long term loss do you think there would be? If OCI dies, then move to msft or amzn. Taking the extra $100k is a no brainer.
I agree , only thing is Oracle is heavy on RSU’s and they give it because of the uncertain future and it vests once a year . So if they lay-off someone at the 11th month the TC and extra 100k is all poof

Take OCI and work for few years to rest and vest. Be in touch of interviews and crack at higher level in other companies after few years

No matter how much shit talk happens about Oracle in this post, I can guarantee two things. 1. Other two companies won’t match oci 2. OP will join oci. FYI, we have been going out of business for the past five years. Somehow it keeps postponing. It’s a conspiracy I think.
