Stanford/ MIT STEM+ FANG chance H1B approval?

hey Guys,

I am just curious about the odds of getting H1B transfer approval?

background: Stanford/MIT non-CS but stem major masters degree.

Joining company: Google or Facebook ( still deciding)
Role: Product manager

and I plan to join on receipt.Any advice will be appreciated.

    There will be a little chance you be rejected with that background, especially joining big companies like G and F. However it’s end of year so the process might be slow from UCSIS. For me, it took around 1 month to prepare docs and received the approval without RFE.

    Sadly none:( ,none have sufficient data points . for every case the details are extremely varied hence I mentioned to you that it’s better to wait for the approval before joining. It’s upon your exact case , I doubt even the head of USCIS will give you a precise answer . it’s not a binary decision . Best of luck !
