NO to Lexus NX… get an RX. If you want BMW handling with low maintenance, get an Acura RDX or MDX with SH—AWD.

new NX is much better with interior/multimedia features than old RX, but has a less cargo space..
Best case - go to dealership, check and drive both lexus and BMW and find what vehicle works for you best

  Do you drive on race track? Which part of BMW experience are you referring to? I test drove both on highway with slight traffic and can’t tell a difference. If you drive your family, you probably won’t care about 0-60 and cornering. You should slow down when taking cornering anyway.
