My credit card info was stollen. I found the name and address of the thief. What should I do?

A few months ago, someone stole my credit card information. I contacted my bank and all but one transaction was completely refunded. In my attempt to fix that one transaction, I found the exact address and name of the person where a purchase was sent ( ~1hr away from my house ).
What would you do this this type of information?

I found out their LLC, other businesses, found the "real" name's Facebook account, etc... but I am not sure if anything will be done.
