    Donโ€™t come here mate.
    I was in the same boat, after getting L5 promo, got a good offer from Zeta (beating MS/OCI/Atlassian) and I joined.

    Since then things are just going downhill. The hype isnโ€™t real. Leaving in few weeks.

    My advice for you would be to try for Coinbase IC4, Uber L4, MS L61, OCI SMTS, Atlassian P4, LinkedIn SWE.

    Work is heavily inclined towards maintaince, if you are in any of the platform teams forget WLB very little development, mostly bug fixes and incident action items, newer management has no clue
