I graduated in 2020 with masters degree. I will be joining Microsoft soon as a service engineer in Azure CXP team. My day today work will be on azure services, cloud platform. Mostly on system, network engineering stuffs, Handling escalation from the support team, reviewing architecture/design, maintaining infrastructure.
I want to know how is the growth in Microsoft and in this field? Does everyone eventually go in management from this field? I worked in a support role before and was frustrating. How would this be different from a support role? Is it a better choice than support role?
Does anyone know Azure CXP team in Microsoft? How is the growth and upper management team?
I'd appreciate your guidance. Thank you!

Is it frustrating?
Outside, it depends. If you have a proper SRE skillset you'll be in high demand.
