Does anyone know what the bonus structure for Jump Trading is like? Obviously there are no refreshers like FAANG so how does it work? Is the TC just base + bonus? I heard that HTF like Citadel & Two Sigma gives bonuses higher than base salary. Is that the same for Jump Trading? What are the annual % bumps like.
