Very unlikely you'd hit your current comp at l65. L66 could with strong competing offers.
No competing offers are necessary for someone coming from Facebook

You should also consider the laughable refreshers beyond the initial comp.

You clearly misunderstand Amazon's comp policy. Yes, it's flawed and ultimately pays less that F/G for the majority of the workforce, but even the bottom of the band at L5+ receives stock annually, because bottoms of those bands are higher than the base cap. Compare that to the meagre 40-70k split over 5 years that people get in MS. Year 5 onwards, you end up with just your base and the peanuts you got from the refreshers.
