Great offer considering it is LCOL.
Good offer. Cool they are giving out signing bonus and a target bonus, that must be new from okta HR. I joined over the summer and had to scratch and claw for a small signing bonus, and no mention of yearly bonus.
I was told that signing bonuses typically aren’t common but not impossible so i just asked for one since i was losing my other bonus at my current job and they were able to give me one. As far as a target bonus i believe all that should change in February since we will be taking on Oktas benefits
I got a sign on bonus when I joined, more than 2 years back. So it definitely happens at Okta
