Anyone here currently in a Portfolio Analyst or Asset Management role at Fisher? I would appreciate any insight into what the role requires, work life balance, comp etc. Thank you in advance
Comp should be around $120k, expected to work 50 hours a week. Benefit package is pretty good, they cover all payments to healthcare premiums and match 401k up to 50% of everything.
No such a thing as leaving early if work is done, there’s always more work to be done. While in the office expected to work the whole time, no BS.
Thank you for your input! I had a 🤝 with a recruiter who claimed a 40-hour work week max. Which I now see is not the truth. I imagine 120 is TC and bonuses are discretionary to the supervisor's approval. It seems you're not guaranteed a bonus or a defined amount each quarter. Is this correct?
