Moving from MSFT to Salesforce- insurance?

Hey all,

L64 ($250k) at MSFT moving to Salesforce director ($370K). I intend to tell my manager end of next week. Given that I will be let go right then, will my insurance be gone right then too or will I get a grace period? I will have a two week gap until my next role and also have a baby at home and hence concerned.
