Interviewing for Google early career IT support engineer role

My nephew is appearing for his first round of technical interviews this week, the role is - early career IT support engineer which I believe derived from the Corporate Operations Engineering role and part of Corp Eng. There are almost no resources or interview prep questions for this specific role all over the internet.
