hi any idea what kind of bonus people get currently? recruiter haven't give me offer yet just try to figure out how much I should ask for technical artist role with 10+ yoe

  • Working on fortnite here, less than 3 years. L4 (second tier of senior/lead level, one level below principal/director) Quarterly bonus is approximately 11% of base per quarter.

    AFAIK bonuses are calculated by
    (Tenure + current level + company revenue) at the time. They are usually pretty generous since they don’t offer stock.
