I'm receiving an offer from GoDaddy tomorrow and I'm trying to figure out the upper bounds for the roles, for negotiating purposes. It's a senior engineer role, and I'm hoping for L4 because the interviews went so well. I told them initially 155k was my floor. How high can I realistically push the offer to? This would be for a fully remote position in a lcol part of the country. I'm hesitant to use levels.fyi since they all seem to be for ca, wa, az. Does godaddy adjust compensation by location?
8 yoe.
Could be either L3/L4.
