Passed my Power day at Capital One, recruiter gave me an offer around 120k. How does that stack up? YOE:1 Current TC:76k
Is that total or just base? Either way that’s good for 1 yoe. Entry level is 105 base + other and I think totaled that would go to ~120/125

A lot of candidates don’t pass the interview even when it’s as simple as that.
Chicago pay scale is about 10% higher than Richmond due to higher cost of living. Our presence in Chicago is much smaller than in Richmond where we are one of the top employers.
