How are roles and responsibilities of senior lead engineer in Qualcomm?

Hello folks,
I got an offer from Qualcomm as lead engineer. I want to know how the work load and future.

Current TC: 20L(base + quarterly bonus)
New TC: 39L(30 base + 33.8k usd RSU)
YOE: 7.4

    Switch to QC man! You are getting 100% hike. As a lead engineer you shall be expected to drive assignments and tasks and maybe also mentor junior engineers. You will have to work really hard the first year to make the rest of your future at Qualcomm easy.
