Choose NatWest offer vs stay

Currently @lti (10 months) - getting great learning experiences everyday (not sure will get in future too) working in BFSI, Payments Domain, Middleware, Java/Spring in Agile team

Current Ctc: 6.8-ish lpa (Mumbai - Hometown)

Considering possibility of relocation (increasing cost of living, settling in at new place) & not much idea about the kind of work & team : but a general overview of role (SDE-1, NatWest grp BFSI domain)

Offered base: 12 lpa (Bangalore - Relocation)

Should I choose to switch (one perk would be to get better hikes later & opportunity to explore IT tech hub of India) or stay for few more months & try for SDE2 roles..?

Wlb seems equivalent for both. What other factors could I look at?
