Program Manager, Operations @Rivian

Hi Blinders. Making this post for my friend.

He has an upcoming interview for Program Manager position in Operations with Rivian. He had some questions and was wondering if people working at Rivian could shed some light on them.

- [ ] What’s the Work life balance like.
- [ ] What to expect in terms of total
Compensation which includes base , rsu’s and refreshers. He has several certificates/degrees like MBA, PMP, CSM etc. Also has prior experience in operations.

He is living currently in Ohio and according to re recruiter if he accepts this position then he would need to move to either Irvine or Palo Alto.

Current TC: $125k
