Depends on what you value. I wouldn’t agree on a salary that I wouldn’t accept - meaning I wouldn’t accept a $10k increase just because it’s an increase in salary (e.g. If you were feeling undervalued at your current employer). It’s hard to give such specific advise to do or don’t do. Beyond that. Tell us Job Title, TC differences, YOE, and location.
