Considering to relocate to SoCal and interested in an opportunity at ServiceTitan. Anyone here familiar with the engineering culture, technology stack? #career #tech
Any body know the culture , churn in engineering roles , work life balance ?
I posted this in another person’s thread: Hard to say what work culture is like since everyone is working from home due to covid. Some teams do feel burnt out due to lack of separation between work and home life and homeschooling added another layer of stress for those with kids. Also depends on your team. Some managers respect boundaries so you’re able to unplug after “work hours” while others have said they feel like they’re working longer hours and have to be “on” and available for their managers. There was a period of time pre covid where there was difficulty hiring engineers. Don’t know if it was lack of skill or some of the hiring managers being difficult - there was a known one that was blocking all candidates.
I'd like to know more too
Did you get an offer? Any RSU?
