Hi folks at Qualtrics. I am seriously considering an offer for Qualtrics. It's a L7 offer so can not disclose too much here since there is not that many people in the hiring pipeline for that. Can some people working there give me an idea of: 1) company outlook 2) valuation seems much higher compared to all competition 3) company culture 4) what is the rate of people being fired/attrition Leaving a 500k stable gig at MSFT so any information helps.
Congrats, may I ask how long takes get the offer after the on-site interview?
It’s the Google of tier2 companies where people go to coast and fire/retire. Company does not fire people . Company is a sucker for ex-Microsoft and ex-Amazon , so they are willing to pay top $ to get folks like you . Stock price has been rocky and is expected to be for some time . It is a sales first, engineering next company , OKRs are sales based , engineering priorities are decided by sales .
I think it could be risky. Our founder recently said some extremely damaging and derogatory things in an internal meeting/Q&A, I don't think any of it got out anywhere but it has me wondering if he'll be able to contain himself down the line, or if he'll lose it and a random outburst will tank the company.
Qualtrics is a good company, good culture similar to MS where company does care for its employees experience. Product needs improvement, but right investments are being made. Growth is good, helpful coworkers.
Can anyone expand on WFH status? Recruiter mentioned that there has been so much pushback that it will likely change the current stance of 3 days in office, 2 remote. Is this true?
What's the interviewing process like?
I have a similar situation and have a PS.. please provide ur feedback
OP Did you end up taking the offer, how is your experience?
This is for Seattle office
Should I be concerned even in Seattle?
