Hi Blinders,
This was my 3/4 attempt at H1-B lottery and unfortunately my case was not selected. I am mostly the optimistic sort and did not really fathom this reality. I am completely unaware of my options. I am an Indian citizen.

4. If your spouse is on H1, move to H4
5. Move back to India (ain’t that bad) or another country

  Google is a friend 😊. There are some universities that offer masters course that are day 1 cpt eligible. You can legally continue working on that as long as your company accepts it.
