Will be huge in 2019 when SLU campus opens.

On the upside the team culture is significantly better. Fewer politics*, teams & individuals are more helpful; there's in general less of the extreme tech nerd & "brogrammer" cultures.
*Downside to this it can be harder to get promoted as you're not seen as being in the middle of the action.
