Hey! I was told I would be receiving an offer for backend SWE and am curious if anyone knows what kind of range I can expect to negotiate to? I’m in the Midwest, probably low to middle cost of living, and have heard lots of things about levels.fyi not being current and how HubSpot handles geolocation. Thanks for any insight any of you can offer!

New grad offer is usually $125-130k salary, but with 4 years of experience I’m guessing you’d be closer to $140k-150k depending on interview performance. This is assuming that the offer is for SWE, not Senior SWE 1
Thanks.
