Background: Backend SWE with 12 YOE
Current TC: INR 73 Lacs (INR 7.3 Million)
Currently, i hold an offer with Microsoft for L63, India. (TC ~ 95 Lacs, breakup: 45 Base + 30% variable(out of which i considered only 15% , and 200K RSUs and 15 lacs signon)
Recently interviewed with confluent, Bangalore. Interviews went really well.
How is the quality of work at confluent India? And what is the tentative timeline for IPO? Does it make sense to choose confluent over Microsoft.
I will update the post in couple of days, after i hear from confluent folks.
