need advice choosing an offer!

6 years total experience, 1 year as a PM currently at a startup: - 140k TC - currently at 3.5 years - could make around 250k in 2021 with shares new offer @ AppDynamics (Cisco) - 185k TC - slower cadence (compared to a startup) If i take the offer, my goal woukd be to stay 1.5 - 2 years then come back to a startup. I appreciate any thoughts!
