new grad offers at Cisco
What are the new grads being offered at Cisco right now? Looks like they don't give joining bonus or rsu's . Have a friend who is a new grad plus 1.5 yrs work experience and got 120k, no signon or rsu. Any idea if this is a good tc?

120k to 125k is the salary for new grad + 6% yearly bonus
I got 125k with no bonus 2 yrs ago
Thanks, are you a new grad from any top university or did u have any prior experience ? Because in this case looks like cisco hr seems to be low balling
Not from top university. Prior exp prior to masters doesnt count
