I think the offer would be around $120-$140 with some stocks and rsu’s vesting over 4yrs
how good is it for SF? Will I be able to save anything after taxes and all the monthly expenses?

Just 170k for sr engineer in Bay Area is very low. Also 170k for San Francisco is too low if you have a family. If you are comfortable with having room mates, then 170k would be ok for a while, but not for long.
They don't pay much and not transparent at all.
