So I first heard about Blind when I joined Airbnb. The company acknowledged that there are a lot of employees who use the app, so they gave us a rundown of what we can and cannot talk about on here. It’s not unusual for companies to require employees to be discreet about confidential info. What was new to me is that Blind was specifically mentioned. I’ve never had a company mention a specific outside service or how to conduct myself when I use it. Just wanted to know if other companies openly talk about Blind with their employees as well.
