As per recruiter I got 1 SH, 3 LH, 1 NH/SNH.
Is this below the bar for HC review or even team match? SNH was for one of the design rounds.
Role: L6 EM

SNH will nuke an EM interview cycle.

  • 0% - design round is most important for L6 signal. Besides that, 1 SNH in any area is enough to torpedo HC
Source: identical feedback in an L5 loop last year, no HC review

Don’t despair your mother loves you. Don’t be proud she has to.

I know it’s tempting to ask, but your situation is unique to you. As other commenters have said, a SNH doesn’t bode well, but I’d just try to log off and take a breath.

This is all super stressful, I know, so try to take care of you in the meantime.

    Wishing you the best.

I don’t know if it was SNH. Recruiter mentioned it was rated below the bar. So am assuming it to be either NH or SNH. Any idea what below the bar means - SH or NH?

Not the end of the world. Obsessing on blind won’t change the outcome. I don’t say this to be glib, but as someone once in your shoes. You’ll get a response soon. Go pet your cat / hug your SO / do some shots until then.

  • G is very conservative. This is not a hire for sure. In the best scenario you will need follow-up interviews.
