I have offers from both firms and Zeta is offering around 8l more than Razor. Plus 10l worth of extra stocks (10%, 10%, 30%, 50% distribution). While money is definitely a factor but I want to work on cool shit as well and Razor scores here. In Zeta I'll be working on the same stack I have been working in my current firm but Razor's is totally new to me (they use Golang that I want to become adept at). Razor's culture looks good but I am thinking if it's really worth the difference.

    Razorpay has excellent IPO potential. Plus they buyback your RSU once vested. Culture wise, I've only heard good things about it, and it seems to be growing crazily. It's also much more known as a brand. Don't look at 1-2 lakhs difference, base seems same only for both.
