Please evaluate my T-Mobile offer & help me negotiate

Position 1: Sr level within IT Compliance. No relocation. 15% bonus. Grant $10k/3yrs. Locations: Frisco, TX. Overland Park, KS, Bothell, WA. Snoqualmie, WA. Bellevue, WA.
Currently in LA area in CA. Single. No kids. YOE 15. TC: $190k
I asked for base of $180k and was told it's too far off. "Reconsidered" and will give a base range of $110-120k for Bellevue.
Position 2 & 3: Product Managers-one in Bellevue & the other one in Denver, CO. Not sure what range to give them. Same as above?
What should I negotiate? Which job/location/group is the best? They wouldn't give me a salary range for any of the roles.

Typical L8 salaries start at $120K base. RSU, 401K match and bonus are standard and generally non negotiable. sign-on bonus is typically low (<$20K). Relocation is provided.
Also, the base varies between orgs for the same level role
Bellevue will be highest paid followed by Bothell, Snoqualmie, Kansas and Texas will pay least because of cost of living.
What level is it?
Based on stock looks like L8 or L7
