I have an upcoming onsite virtual loop interview with Uber Freight. Really appreciate if someone could help me with how the interview would look like - what is the expectation, type of questions, preparation tips etc.

1 round of technical (SQL, Python, Tableau) | 30 mins
1 round of Behavioral | 45 mins
1 round of case study | 60 minutes

I have already received the case and have to submit it the evening before interview.

My advice, work your ass off on the creative exercise. I stayed up till 4am 4 or 5 nights in a row working on mine. I feel like the people who often get the roles are the people who really kill it on the creative.

For interviews, each interview will have a different competency it’s testing. Try and drill down what competency is being tested quickly if the recruiter didn’t tell you then make sure to tailor towards that specific competency, since the interviewer is only scoring you on that one competency.

Also, write out lots of anecdotes for yourself with times where you showed teamwork, business impact, etc and keep them handy. It’s the best notes you can have IMO

Hey hugh_bear thanks a lot for the inputs.
My interview took place yesterday afternoon and could not read your reply.

I’m assuming you meant the case study when you said “creative exercise”. Albeit, I did the same, i worked a lot on the case and tried to do my best. The case was very open ended and let me design solutions my way.
The presentation went on for 45 minutes or so. I had added quite an amount of content.
But there wasn’t any feedback from the panel. They just asked a lot of questions and I answered them.
