Wlb is great across the board. The company wide culture is also great. Some teams are dysfunctional. Pays well if/when your equity can be liquidated.

  So basically pays well if the company can ipo?? Do you think that is possible soon? Seems like Pokémon go is the only way they can make money right?

  Ipo is one form of liquidity event and there are others. Sometimes external investors buy employee owned stocks. There were multiple such events.
  
  Niantic spend a lot on AR R&D with future games. It spends only small amount on Pgo. How would that lead to the future valuation? It’s difficult to tell and that’s pros & cons of joining a startup. At least we have a stockpile of cash to burn :-)
