Calling all current/former sales reps for AWS, I wanted to open up a forum to hear any advice you have for someone just starting off. A couple of questions I have I will lob out, and just any advice/guidance/things you’ve learned you would like to share would be great!
1). What is the sales culture and pressure like?
2) What’s the most difficult thing you face?
3) How often are you hitting quota?
4) How do accelerators work?
5) How do you manage WLB?
6) What is the average morale on sales team (I know it can vary from team to team)?
7) What’s the best part of your job? What keeps you doing it?
Thanks in advance!
