quicken vs lending.com?

looking to refiance

30 yr fixed:

quicken:
2.87 interest rate apr 3.00%
8500$ rolled into closing and resulting monthly $2040

lending dot com
3.123 interest rate and $2000 closing cost roled into EMI for monthly $2035.

if i go #mortgage To 15yr fixed:
quicken 2.3 interest rate and 2.68 APR , 9K in closing rolled into monthly $2950 every month.

lending
2.62 interest rate and 2500 closing rolled in monthly 2960.

which one would you recomend?
