Any info on the teams (mainly WLB + Promo speed) would be appreciated! HR sent me two brief team descriptions but not the exact team names unfortunately 1. Team 1: We are building solutions to enable Cloud's customers to interact digitally with Google and vice versa. Our goals include driving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and reducing operational costs. Examples of projects that we work on: building digital experience for customers. These include customer care portals, communities platforms, in-product experiences, and social touchpoints, using Cloud-AI and ML, building out CRM-type solutions, internal tools, etc. Google Cloud is widely recognized as a global leader in delivering a secure, open, and intelligent enterprise cloud platform. Today, customers across more than 150 countries trust Google Cloud to modernize their computing environment for today’s digital world. 2. Team 2: The channels, routing, and enablement team owns some major systems within the Cloud Systems (CS), Customer Experience (CX) org. As the name implies, we are building the future of the Google Cloud and Google Workspace customer engagement (e.g. everything outside of the core product).
