Looking opportunities in HFT firms, open for opportunities in SGP and EU too.
Nutanix MTS2 Offer:-
18 LPA + 800/4 RSU's.. ~23 LPA
I know it's a lowballed offer.
Oracle OCI offer (IC2) :-
21.1 (excluding gratuity)
3+3 (2 years signon)
300/4 rsu.. ~4.4 LPA
TC :- 28.5 LPA
Update :-
Negotiated for RSU and Sign on bonus with OCI
Now signon bonus is 4+4
RSU are 400/4.. ~ 5.5
Total :- 30.5 LPA (OCI TC)
I am looking for following:-
1. WLB at Nutanix vs OCI
2. Should I renegotiate with Nutanix ( I want to join Nutanix desperately) (offer accepted a week back)
3. Should I negotiate hard with OCI..(offer not accepted yet)

Also try to negotiate the offer at Nutanix, this is even less that what they offer to new grads.
MTS2 is the level at Nutanix.
Fresh grads are IC2 only. IC2 isn't for experienced SDE.
