Joined Salesforce some years ago through internship. That time the level of difficulty was easy. Fast forward today, I’ve failed 4 interviews till date. Rejection list:
Twitter: phone
Apple: onsite
Microsoft: onsite
Amazon: onsite
Only offer I got was from a medium size company that went ipo last year but was 5% over my current TC so did not take and was my first interview.
I am really feeling rejected and think I prepared everyday for last 6 months for nothing. Now I have an onsite with Netflix next week but I’m thinking of postponing it indefinitely. I have been doing some self reflection and can say that I am never able to solve a problem I’ve never seen before and that’s what has happened in all interviews. After solving 250 leetcode questions (medium hard and easy) it is really disappointing. Also I feel OOD has been a pain point for me. Any pointers anyone? Should I take some time off and try again?
Current TC: 210k

OP works at a higher tier company than you
Done with 250 Lc and CTCI, spending time on EPI now and feeling that I am learning something new every time.
We can be in touch if you are comfortable.
Maybe working with an interview coach could highlight some stuff you're missing. I've thought about doing this because I typically suck at interviewing.
Also, keep in mind that you're being rejected from the TOP TIER of tech companies. Not everyone gets to play in the NFL or MLB.
