squarespace benefits
Looking for details on Squarespace benefits beyond whats available online — specifics on health insurance provider and coverage, any benefits that you really enjoy, etc. Trying to compare offers but my Squarespace offer (while I’m feeling good about it) has yet to come so I can’t get a full picture. #squarespace
100% free healthcare, medical/dental/vision for you + spouse + all children. $0.00 per month. It's pretty good Cigna insurance as well. No deductable for medical. Life insurance is 3x salary. They offer FSA as well up to $2750 Commuter benefits as well. Free lunch (whenever the office opens back up). Plus the office is probably one of the nicest I've seen in NYC.
