Resources/Notes for brushing up probability + inferential stats?

Hello folks,
I want some quick refresher for probability and inferential stats?

I am kinda weak on probability distributions when integration and differentiation starts mixing up with probability and inferential statistics. I don’t use it often thus not very intuitive. Thank you!

I usually remember it for short duration and then forget after interviews.

I have one online test coming up so need to prepare efficiently.
