im planning to leave. work has been more tedious than my expectation. Thinking of snap,FB,google,Stripe,Lyft as MLE
so far, i just fixed bug, add small features. below is my work i have done.
add small feature
fix bug
small controbution to Ml model(tuning, compare performance bwtween few different models)
im sde1 in alexa and was told that will me working as mle from recruiter and HM before accept the offer but 80% of my work is non ML work.
i have no idea how to put those on my resume other than
* tuned model and compared few different nlp model, report to manager.
* fixed bug and optimize run time by X with choir algorithm
* add small feature of Xxx and improve customer satisfaction(total bull shit tbh, i just made extra feature to refine the alexa response)
please give me some advice folks and any good company as a MlE or ML researcher?
