I have offer from Marvell Semiconductor and Lucid Motors. Marvell: 129k base, 25k RSU, 8%bonus Lucid Motors: 105k base, 3000stocks YOE- 2 years (Outside US) Which is better?
Marvell’s a great choice specially with the other perks like 15% espp and 2-year lock period

It's hard to definitively say which is better because nobody knows the value or number of outstanding shares for Lucid stock. What's your risk appetite? Marvell is certainly the safer bet but with Lucid you have the possibility of hitting an IPO jackpot.
