I have an interview with Mulesoft next week. I wanted to understand how is Salesforce Mulesoft as a product? How is the culture and work? TC 🥜
I started at mulesoft recently, though not in engineering and not in the US. I am customer facing. Culture etc seems good until now and people are supportive and helpful. Dm me if you have any specific questions. Salaries are about 85% of FAANG which is salesforce standard I think
DM’d you. Thank you :)
What do you know about the corporate dev team? Had my on-site last week and awaiting feedback
MuleSoft is undergoing a reorg to further integrate into Salesforce
Well... it's yet another (usually awful) enterprise service bus. But that shouldn't matter to you as you'd presumably be like any other product engineer working on a core product, and not the customer's engineer who has the misfortune of having to write glue code in whatever opaque and unnecessary DSL it may require. Again that's the other engineer's problem, but business execs and enterprise companies love Salesforce. Salesforce pays well, I assume Mulesoft will too. Good luck
