Hi guys,
I am currently going through the interview process for a "Sales Operations Architect" role which the recruiter told me was a non tech "senior BA" title. It is for the Azure and AI sales teams.
Recruiter told me there are no case studies and is just a full day of behavioral interviews.
Can anyone provide any insight on the WLB and culture on this "AZURE and AI" team? Mainly looking to avoid 50+ hours. This is a FULLY REMOTE role.
Thanks!
YOE: 5.5 (3 in consulting, 2.5 in industry)
Current TC at Cap1: $110k + $6k bonus
Quoted TC from Microsoft recruiter: $130-$180k base

Also confirmed it's a non tech role, I specifically asked if any tech or coding skills were needed and the answer was no. Recruiter stressed more process/financial planning and analysis.
"The WW Azure Data & AI team, part of the Microsoft Solutions organization, is responsible to drive sales strategy for our Azure offering in terms of databases (i.e., SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Open Source DBs), Analytics (i.e., Azure Synapse) and Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and Cognitive Services) across all customer segments"
Thanks again for your insight!!!
