wnated to check with Product Managers on blind if they’re performing Sentiment Analysis using Social Media Listening via tools like Meltwater for their Products / Brands. what metrics do you track, how do you engage with your community?
It’s a simple text algo in all these tools. Best practice is don’t do it or use NLP if you can afford it
