I’m trying to transition from IT audit to data analytics yoe: >2 formal experience current TC: 56 k offer TC: 46k location: Michigan this is a startup that has over 100 people. their data analyst job is essentially what i need to start my career but im not sure if i should take it im also interviewing with other companies and i dont think i should accept this just yet any advice?
