offer number - Microsoft L67
Anyone got Microsoft L67 offer in the past one year that can you share the detailed numbers in terms of compensation? Level-fyi shows incorrect data; Some other posts provided range, have not seen any single concrete number yet
Since L65 is $350k according to a few data points here, I'm guestinating L67 > $500k?

Thanks so much ! Some questions: 1. With the 450k sign on bonus, whether you got much more in the first two years than later years? 2. Every year, do you still get new additional annual cash bonus and refresh stock? Like how much? 3. Is this after many negotiation by having big competing offers, or more like standard offer?
This is after some negotiation. I didn't have many offers. You'll get cash and stock bonus each year. Target cash for L67 is 30% of base. So, about 80k in my case after 1 year of joining. Remember that's in addition to the cash I got. So, my tc is actually higher. I also got a 200k stock refresher after year 1. Not sure what the target is.

What role are you going into. An engineering role would pay more than a program/product management one.
I got 230 base, 200 bonus and 500 stock at L67 if that helps.
You mean 20% bonus? Or 200k one time.signon bonus?

It's more. At L67 target cash bonus is 30% of base. Target stock refresher is close to 168k over 4 years. So, ignoring the 200k one time bonus, tc in the first year will be close to 470k (230k base, 69k cash bonus, 42k stock bonus, 125k joining stock bonus).
But the range at L67 is huge. I know folks making close to a million also at L67.
