Got offers from both OCI (IC3, remote) and Wayfair (L3, SF).
The work that I will be doing in both companies are similar and related to cloud services, Java etc.
What would be a better choice in terms of WLB, career growth, company growth?
Both are offering a good TC and almost on par with each other.
(Note: I’m already on H1B, so visa shouldn’t be an issue)

Wayfair has no refreshers
OCI is remote so you can get benefits of the salary in LCOL area
Wayfair is entering into a period of market uncertainty with people’s appetite to purchase furniture slowing down dramatically, reflecting in negative YoY financial metrics
OCI and cloud business continues to grow massively YoY
To summarize,
Wayfair WLB is great
OCI WLB is bad
Wayfair career growth will be slow
OCI career growth will be faster
